We were worried about finding a place to camp in Ozette, but we needed to stay there so that we could start out early the next morning because of the tides. We got to the Ozette camp ground around 8:30. We lucked out by getting one of the last 2 campsites. The site was right on the lake and was a great space.

A little before dark (9:30 or so) a big owl swooped over my head and landed in the tree above our tent. It's hard to see it in the pics below.
We ended the evening with dome Jiffy Pop popcorn, which I haven't had in years!
